Group 15 persons + 1 tonmaister + 1 technical staff

Accommodation: 9 dbl rooms. When “Ronesans Dance Group” is included, 2 dbl rooms will be
required. For middle and near distances, accommodation will be discussed.

Transportation: Airway is not necessary unless long distances. We may use motorway with VIP
busses ( please check www.cemin-backline.com).

Accommodation: 6 double rooms + 1 single room. “Ronesans Dance Group” is included, 2
double rooms will be required.

Transportation: 13 flight tickets ( if Ronesans Dance Group” is included + 4 flight tickets) +
transfer from airport to hotel with van for min.25 persons with trunk. Motorway transport will be
discussed according to distance and weather conditions.
